基于SolidWorks搅拌器叶片建模与ANSYS数据交换的研究

摘    要:以搅拌器叶片为例,通过使用三维机械设计软件Solidworks建立搅拌器叶片三维实体模型。详细描述了ANSYS与Solidworks接口处理的具体方法,拓宽了Solidworks应用的局限性,解决了ANSYS处理复杂模型时的建模困难问题,实现了不同软件之间紧密结合并为构建良好的CAD/CAE集成应用环境铺平道路。

Abstract:Takes the impeller as an example and establishes the solid model of the impeller by using 3D mechanical design software Solidworks.The concrete method of interface between ANSYS and SolidWorks is described in detail.Meantime,broadens the limitation of application of the SolidWorks,and solves the difficult of creating 3D model while using ANSYS to handle complicated model.It also achieves a closing integration between different softwares and paves a way for building a good CAD / CAE integrated application environment.
