异步电动机节能器的分析与实现

摘    要:针对异步电动机在轻载、空载运行时出现的功率因数不高、效率低下的耗能现象,文中提出一种经济实用的调压节能方案来进行交流异步电机功率因数及效率的改善,并在深入分析调压节能可实施性的前提上,介绍了在Matlab仿真试验和实际应用中功率因数的检测方法,以及节能器节电率的计算方法。最后在此基础上实现了节能器的硬件设计方案。实验结果表明,本装置能在轻载和空载时达到较好的节电效果。
