高压聚乙烯循环冷却器换热管开裂原因分析

摘    要:某高压聚乙烯装置换热管堵塞及腐蚀情况严重,换热管腐蚀主要为应力腐蚀。腐蚀产生的原因是换热管焊接过程产生的焊接应力和冷冻盐水介质,导致应力腐蚀裂纹发生扩展,造成换热管应力腐蚀开裂。

Cause analysis of circulation coolers heat exchanger tube cracking in LDPE plant
Abstract:In a LDPE plant,the plugging and corrosion condition of the heat exchange tubes is very severe and the heat exchange tube corrosion is mainly the stress corrosion. The causes for the corrosion are the welding stress generated during the heat exchange tube welding and refrigeration mineral water medium,which led to the extension of stress corrosion cracking,and this resulted in heat exchange tube stress corrosion cracking.
