基于鲁棒微分器的飞机舵面振荡故障诊断算法

摘    要:针对系统存在测量噪声的情况,研究了飞机舵面发生振荡故障的故障诊断算法。鉴于系统的输出对于控制输入故障具有一定程度的不敏感性,提出一种基于输入估计的故障检测方法。设计一阶鲁棒微分器,利用传感器测量到的液压舵机输出杆位置估计其杆速度,同时,利用微分器的输出对故障信号进行估计并分析故障估计值的收敛性。最后,分别针对"液态"振荡故障及"固态"振荡故障进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the paper,a new robust fault diagnosis algorithm was proposed for flight control systems with oscillatory failure cases(OFC) and measurement noise.For the insensitivity of system outputs to control input fault,based on the input estimation,a method was developed to detect fault.Using the measured rod position,the first order robust differentiator was designed to estimate the rod speed of actuator.While based on the output of differentiator,the fault was estimated and the convergence was analysed.Finally,for soft OFC and solid OFC,some simulation results were given to confirm the effectiveness of the developed method.
