摘    要:对一些特殊用户的反向无功充电功率计量的贸易结算,供用电双方存在意见分歧。介绍了电子式多功能电能表的四象限无功计量方式,分析了风电场、电气化铁路空载架空线路、高可靠性双电源空载架空线路、空载电力电缆引起的反向无功充电功率计量问题,以及影响电量正确计量的原因,提出了解决措施及建议。

Abstract:As to trade settlement for reverse reactive charging power from some special customers, there exists different views between power suppliers and power utilizes. Four-quadrant reactive power metering method for electronic multifunctional watt-hour meter is introduced, the problem of reverse reactive power charging metering caused by wind farm, no-load overhead lines of electrified railway, no-load overhead lines of high reliable double power, and no-load electric power cable, as well as its affecting of electric energy metering accuracy are analyzed, solution and suggestion are also put forward.
