嵌入式管道超声导波检测系统设计

摘    要:针对我国目前小型管道超声导波检测设备稀少的现状,提出了基于STM32和FPGA的超声导波管道检测系统的设计方法,进行了软、硬件的设计与开发.系统硬件部分采用模块化的设计,主要由超声导波发射模块与接收模块2部分组成.基于系统硬件环境,成功进行了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统和μC/GUI图形用户界面的移植,编写了检测系统的应用程序.实验表明,系统能够正常运行,达到了系统设计的功能要求.

Abstract:For the rare status quo of the small pipe ultrasonic guided wave testing equipment in domestic, a design method of ultrasonic guided wave test system for pipeline is proposed based on STM32 and FPGA. The software is developed and the hardware is designed by amodular structure. The system is mainly composed of transmitting module and receiving module. The uC/OS-II embedded operating system and uC/GUI graphical user interface are transplanted successfully. The detection system applications are programmed. The result shows that the system can operate normally,and the instrument can meet the requirements of system design.
