三角法激光位移传感器的参数优化设计与分析

摘    要:根据激光三角位移传感器的工作原理,分析了入射激光与光轴夹角θ,CCD与光轴夹角φ,物方截距d0,焦距f等光学参数之间的约束关系,进而由粒子群优化算法(PSO)研究约束下的激光位移传感器光学部分的测量精度问题,得出光学参数对光学部分分辨率的影响规律.结果表明:在光学透镜和工作范围确定后,θ和φ越小,测量精度越高.其中,θ和φ合适的取值范围分别为30 ~60和30 ~50,d0则由PSO计算得到.依据该优化方法以及分析,对测量范围为±3.5 mm的实验系统进行参数优化,结果提高了实验系统光学部分的分辨率,同时改善了测量的线性度.

Abstract:Based on the working principle of laser triangulation displacement sensor, analyzed the constraint relationship between the optical parameters: the angle θ of incident laser and optical axis, the angle φ of CCD and optical axis, the object intercept do, the focal lengthf. And then studied the laser displacement sensor measurement accuracy by the particle swarm optimization (PSO) under the constraints, obtained the effect of optical parameters on the resolution. Results showed that after the determination of optical lens and the working region, the smaller θ and φ were, the higher the measuring accuracy would be. Appropriate range of values θ and φ were 30 -60 and 30-50 , respectively, do is calculated by the PSO. According to the optimization method and the analysis concluded, carried on the parameter optimization to the experimental system within a measurement range of ± 3.5 mm, the results showed that the optimization increased the resolution of the optical part of the experimental system, while improving the linearity of the measurement.
