凝胶色谱测定聚丙烯酸钠分子量及其分布的方法研究

摘    要:采用凝胶色谱法对测定聚丙烯酸钠分子量及其分布的方法进行了研究,考察了流动相、流速、柱温、进样浓度及体积等操作条件对聚丙烯酸钠分离效果的影响.确定了凝胶色谱测定聚丙烯酸钠分子量及其分布的最佳条件为:以0.1 mol/L NaNO3水溶液为流动相,聚丙烯酸钠为标准品,流速1 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样浓度0.1%,进样体积50μL.测定结果相对标准偏差小于1%,可以准确测定聚丙烯酸钠的分子量及其分布系数.

Abstract:Determination of molecular weight and its distribution of PAAS have been studied by using gel chromatography. Through investigating the effect of operational conditions which includes mobile phase, flow rate, column temperature, concentration and volume of sample on the separation of PAAS, it indicated that the different relative molecular weight of PAAS with sample concentration of 0.1% and sample volume of 50μL could be separated by using ionic strength of 0.10 mol/L NaNO3 as mobile phase and using PAAS as the standart, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature of 30℃. With minor relative standard deviation, the molecular weight and its distribution of PAAS could be determined accurately.
