| Abstract: | Curcumin is a yellow compound isolated from the dried rhizomes of the plant Curcuma longa. Numerous studies have shown that curctlmin possesses multifunctional pharmacological properties. In this paper, the biological activity of curcumin and application research progress is reviewed for the further study of curcumin and the development and utilization of reference. |
