新型螺旋斜板沉淀设备的模拟与验证

摘    要:利用FLUENT对新型螺旋斜板沉淀装置的运行工况进行了数值模拟,分别研究进口颗粒体积分数及进口流速两种不同因素的不同工况对沉淀池沉淀效果的影响,通过对小孔处体积分数以及悬浮物的去除率可以看出螺旋斜板的沉淀效率,模拟结果表明它具有很好的去除效率.为了检验螺旋斜板沉淀装置实际的沉淀效果,以及验证模拟结果,进行了相关的实验研究,用来验证模拟的正确性和实际的沉淀效果.实验结果与模拟结果良好的吻合,并且沉淀装置的去除率很高.

Abstract:Fluent is used to simulate the different factors such as the sludge volume fraction and inlet velocity and different working conditions take effect on the sediment, to study the effect, the numerical simulation of optimized spiral inclined plate clarifiers is operated. Sedimentation efficiency of the spiral plate can be obtained form the sludge volume fraction of outlet and the removal of suspended solid, and the simulation results show that it has a very good removal rate. In order to test the spiral inclined plate sedimentation device and verify the simulation results, the experimental study is conducted. The experimental results have a good agreement with the simulation results, and it has a high removal rate.
