农业机械耐磨件发展及研究现状

摘    要:农业机械关键零部件的使用寿命,直接影响农业机械化的发展水平。针对主要的农业机械耐磨件,如:开沟圆盘、锤片、收割机刀片、旋耕刀及犁铧等,分析了它们的工作条件、受力特点、失效形式及机理,对比了国内外主要农机耐磨件常用材料、处理方法及使用寿命,提出了提高农业机械关键耐磨件使用寿命的几点建议。

Abstract:The service life of key components and parts of agricultural machinery influence(1 olrecuy the development of agricultural mechanization. In this paper, working conditions, mechanical characteristics, failure modes and mechanism of the main wear resistant parts for agricultural machinery, such as furrowing disc, hammer slice, harvester blade, rotary blade and plough share etc. were analyzed, and common ma- terials, processing methods and service life of the main wear resistant parts for agricultural machinery at home and abroad were compared. We put forward some suggestion on improving the service life of key wear resistant parts for agricultural machinery at last.
