摘    要:螯合剂2,4-戊二酮是一种不饱和聚酯树脂的共促进剂。文章探讨了2,4-戊二酮用量对不同体系不饱和聚酯树脂胶化时间、固化时间和固化峰温的影响,研究了2,4-戊二酮用量树脂的硬度、储存稳定性和浇铸块颜色的影响。结果表明,随2,4-戊二酮的用量增加,树脂的胶化时间和固化时间均缩短,固化峰温明显降低,储存稳定性无明显变化,制品硬度、浇铸块的颜色等方面均有明显改善。

Abstract:Chelating agents 2,4-pentanedione is a co-promoter agent for unsaturated polyester resin(UPR). The paper discussed the effect of the 2,4-pentanedione dosage on the gel time, curing time and peak temperature of curing of UPR under different additive, and studied the influence of the 2,4-pentanedione on the resin hardness, storage stability and casting blocks of color. The results showed that with the 2,4-pentanedione dosage increased, the gel time and curing times of the resin were shortened significantly, and the peak temperature of curing also decreased. There were no significant changes in the storage stability, while the product hardness, color and other aspects of casting blocks were significantly improved.
