基于超级电容的惯性能量回收系统的研究

摘    要:本文分析了电机连续再生能量传统处理方案存在的缺陷,选择了具有功率密度大、比能量高、循环使用寿命长、环保等特点的超级电容作为储能装置。结合电网突然断电对负栽安全可靠运行的不良影响,设计了兼作后备电源的一种基于超级电容的惯性能量回收系统,详细介绍了能量回收系统的组成及工作原理,阐述了DC/DC变换器的设计方法,采用了电流电压双闭环控制策略,实现了超级电容的充放电控制,提高了该惯性能量回收系统的工作效率,达到了稳定高效地储能和释能的目的。

Abstract:This paper analyses the flaws of the traditional treatment scheme for renewable energy of motor , choses the super capacitor which has the characteristics such as large power density, high specific energy and cycle long service life, environmental protection as the energy storage device. Combining with the bad influence of safe and reliable operation of Ihc load caused by sudden power losing,the paper designs a inertia energy recovery system based on super capacitor which servers as the backup pwer, introduces the composition and working principle of the energy recovery system in detail, states the the design method the DC/DC converter,puts forward the voltage current double closed-loop control strategy, lchiexes the charge and discharge controlling of the super capacitor,improves the work efficiency of the inertial energy re coverys out the purpose of storing and releasing energy stablely and efficiently.
