摘    要:食品化学是食品相关专业重要的专业基础课,由于课程内容繁杂,所涉及的专业词汇多,不太容易记忆和掌握,学生的学习兴趣往往不高。根据几年的从教经验,文章从教学方法和学习方法两个方面探讨了如何激发和培养学生的学习兴趣,提高食品化学的学习效率。

Abstract:Food chemistry was specialized basic course of food speciality and it consisted of many key points and specialized vocabularies. The course were hard to be learned by heart for students. Based on the several teaching experince, how to arouse students' interests and improve learning efficiency were disscused from teaching methods and learning methods two aspects.
