| Abstract: | Gene chip technology is one of the most effective means to detect of pathogenic microorganism, which provides a new platform to comprehensive, rapid, accurate food safety testing. In this paper, detecting principle of food-borne pathogen, the examination process, the existence questions, the research development of gene-chip were summarized in the paper. |
