戊二醛的合成研究

摘    要:用w (过氧化氢 ) =30 %的水溶液一步催化氧化环戊烯合成戊二醛 ,讨论了催化剂质量分数、反应温度、时间、溶剂种类的改变对戊二醛产率的影响规律 ,结果表明 :在以钨酸 -硼酐 (质量比为 3∶2 )为催化剂 ,质量分数为 0 5 34 % (相对于反应物总质量 ) ,n (过氧化氢 )∶n (环戊烯 )=2∶1 ,反应温度 35℃ ,反应时间 2 2h的优化工艺条件下 ,叔丁醇、异丙醇、正丁醇 3种溶剂体系下得到最高收率分别为 6 2 5 % ,6 3 7% ,5 6 2 %。

Abstract:Glutaraldehyde was synthesized by oxidation of cyclopentene with 30% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide.Effects of the dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and solvents were discussed.The results showed that the highest yields of glutaraldehyde(dosage of catalyst composite H 2WO 4 B 2O 3 0 534%,temperature 35 ℃,time 22 h) were 62 5%,63 7%,and 56 2% when t butyl alcohol,i propyl alcohol,and n butanol were used as the solvents respectively.
