摘    要:介绍了重钢复吹转炉双环缝供气元件及其它设备特点,通过严格控制炉底厚度,形成稳定的通气状况良好的炉渣-金属蘑菇头,根据钢种选择适宜的供气模式,得到较好的复吹冶炼效果,而且实现了溅渣护炉下高炉龄的100%复吹比。

Abstract:The present paper introduces the characteristics of double circular seam gas elements and other equipments of the combined blown converter in CISCO. By stringent control of the bottom height of the converter to form a fine slag-metal mushroom head with steady and excellent permeability and by selection of appropriate supply patterns better combined blown effects have been achieved and in the conditions of furnace protection by slag splashing a long campaign life and 100% combined blown ratio realized as well.
