| Abstract: | The paper describes the composition and the main functions of contract management system under CIMS environment in AISC Cold Rolling Mill. The system consists of five parts i.e. contract tracing, quality guaranty management, contract delivery plan, asking for vehicle plan and comprehensive inquiry. The application of the system makes the enterprise quality raised, the ability in response to change of the enterprise increased. Therefore the economic and social benefits are very considerable. |
