激光深熔焊接过程中小孔行为的研究进展

摘    要:从试验研究和数值模拟研究两个方面介绍了激光深熔焊接过程中小孔行为的国内外研究现状。x射线透射成像和高速摄影相结合的方法迄今为止仍然是研究激光深熔焊接过程中小孔行为最有效的方法。多激光束焊接、复合激光焊以及辅助气流等方法被用于改善激光焊接过程中小孔的稳定性。目前具有代表性的动态小孔模型有三类,分别是认为激光焊小孔形成机理与激光打孔相同的动态小孔模型,基于流体体积法(VOF)的动态小孔模型和基于等值面法(Level Set的动态小孔模型。对三类模型进行了比较分析,并指出基于高精度运动界面追踪方法来追踪汽/液界面的动态小孔模型将是今后发展的趋势。

Recent advance in research for keyhole behavior during laser deep penetration welding process

Abstract:Recent advance in both experimental and numerical research for keyhole dynamics during laser deep penetration welding are reviewed. X- ray observation of keyhole behavior with aid of high speed CCD imaging is the most effective method to reveal keyhole dynamics. Split beam techniques, hybrid laser welding techniques and assisting gas are usually employed to improve stability of laser welding process. Typical keyhole model includes the "hole drilling" model, the transient keyhole model using VOF to trace vaper/liquid imerface and the transient model that based on Level Set method. The most promising of numerical models for keyhole dynamics as a class are those utilizing accurate tracking method to trace the movement of vapor/liquid interface during welding.
