摘    要:以还原法理论为基础,以刃天青作为氧化还原试剂,研制原料乳细菌总数快速检测仪器.原料乳中一些成分影响刃天青的颜色变化速度,干扰测定结果.对溶解氧的影响程度进行了判定,结果表明其影响程度较大,不容忽视.

Abstract:Resazurin reduction test was a kind of method to detect the total bacteria in raw milk. The instrument of detecting the viable bacteria in raw milk based on the principle was developed. Oxygen tension in raw milk could reduce resazurin too, so interfered in the reduction. The effect of oxygen tension on resazurin reduction was studied in this paper, the result showed its effect was great, and was not be neglected.
