摘    要:基于某厂新建蓄热式加热炉的改造项目,采用了短流程设计方案和合理的干除渣方式,解决了上料台架的集中上料、对中上料以及出钢机长行程出料问题,优化设计了高架式出钢机的控制时序,为现场设备调试提供了设计依据。

Abstract:According to newly built reheating furnace in bar steel factory,a mini-mill plan and reasonable slag skimming ways have been adopted.A reasonable charging platform and long-distance charging machine have been designed.Optimum controlling time sequence have been applied on high-position discharging machine.The design has been reference value for the site.
