大开孔外压圆筒失稳行为的有限元分析

摘    要:针对不同开孔率的大开孔外压圆筒,采用线弹性和弹塑性两种本构关系,利用特征值分析、几何和材料的双非线性分析方法对其失稳行为进行了研究。比较了开孔、接管、加强圈补强等情况下的失稳压力,给出了开孔率d/D为0.4—0.8范围内一系列开孔外压圆筒的失稳压力的计算和有限元算例的对比分析。结果表明:在开孔率0.5以内,半面积补强对外压开孔圆筒的补强是够的。

Abstract:The buckling behavior of cylinder with large opening, subjected to external pressures, has been studied by the methods of eigenvalue analysis and geometry - material bi - nonlinear analysis, adopting the elastic and elastic - plastic constitutive relationship. Through a series of the calculation of critical pres- sure and the comparative analysis of the finite element calculation on the buckling cases, the results show that the method of half area reinforcement is applicable and effective for opening ratio within 0. 5.
