| 摘 要： | 设计了基于AT89S8252单片机控制的管道专用焊机，谊焊机能够方便地预先设置不同位置的埠接规范参数，并根据程序设定实现不同焊接规范参数之间的自动、连续切换．为管道的自动化焊接提供了一种新型配套电源。给出了相应的硬件框图，并采用51汇编语言进行编程，实现了焊接过程的单片机控制。此外，利用单片机内部提供的资源实现了参数存储和调用功能。

| Abstract: | A specialized welding machine used in pipe installation based on AT89S8252 was designed,in which the specifications in different position can be preestablished easily,and uninterruptedly transferred in response to the demand of program.It supplies a new type of welding source for automation welding process which is used for welding pipe.The diagram of the hardware was drawed and the program using for control system was also compiled with 51 assembly languages to realize MCU control in welding.Besides,it made use of MCU's interior resource to storage and transfer parameters. |
