摘    要:为探究功率参数对AerMet100钢激光熔覆C276涂层组织与性能的影响,为起落架的复合材料研究提供参考。利用激光熔覆技术在A100钢表面制备HastelloyC276熔覆层,并通过电子显微镜、XRD衍射仪、EDS能谱仪、电化学工作站和摩擦磨损仪等设备,研究功率参数对显微组织形貌、物相、硬度和耐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同涂层组织顶部主要由等轴晶和胞状晶组成,中部主要由柱状晶和胞状晶组成,底部主要由平面晶、柱状晶和胞状晶组成,且随着功率参数的增加,组织尺寸逐渐增大,中部等轴晶逐渐生长为胞状晶,底部胞状晶逐渐生长为平面晶。不同功率参数下熔覆层主相类别无明显变化,且熔覆层中存在偏析现象。综合分析在功率参数1400W下熔覆质量最好,综合性能最佳。

Abstract:In this paper,the influence of power parameters on the microstructure and properties of AerMet100 steel laser cladding C276 coating is investigated to provide a reference for the study of landing gear composite materials.The HastelloyC276 layer is made on the surface of A100 steel with the help of the laser melting technique.The effect of the power on the surface of the steel is studied through the scanning electron microscope,X ray diffractometer,energy dispersive spectrometer,microhardness tester and electrochemical workstation.The experimental results show that the different coating tissues are mainly composed of isoaxial crystal and cell crystal at the top,column crystal and cell crystal at the middle,and planar crystal,columnar crystal and cell crystal at the bottom.And with the increase of power parameters,the size of the tissue gradually increases,the central isoaxial crystal gradually grows into cell crystal,the bottom cell crystal gradually grows into plane crystal.There is no significant change in the main phase category of the cladding layer under different power parameters,and segregation exists in the cladding layer.The analysis shows that the quality of the cladding is the best under the power parameter 1400 W,and the comprehensive performance is the best.
