对采用卡尔·费休容量滴定法来测定样品中水份的测定仪来说,滴定终点的捕捉正确与否决定了分析的精确度.本文介绍采用单片机技术,使仪器具有近终点报警提示功能,避免了因试剂过量而影响准确性,并利用单片机内部资源,使仪器具有自动计算水份含量的功能,提高了仪器的整体性能及智能化程度,使其更便于操作者使用.采用该方案研制出的KF-1B型智能化水份测定仪具有操作方便、功能强、体积小、可靠性高、价格低等一系列优点.

Development of Model KF-1B Intelligent Moisture Analyzer

With repect to the analyzer based on Karl Fischer titra-tion for the determination of moisture in the sample,the accurate detection of the end-point in titration determines the precision of the analysis.This paper describes the use of monolithic processor technology to give the analyzer the function of alarming when the end-point is approached, so as to avoid the effect of the reagent in excess on the accuracy. With the uti-lization of the internal sources of the monolithic?processor, the analyzer is endowed with the function of automatic of the moisture content,thereby improving its overall performance and degree of intelligence, ren-dering?it more convenient for the operator to use. The Model KF- 1B in-telligent moisture analyzer based on the above scheme has the advantages of convenience in use,strong function, small size, high reliability and low price.
