基于含噪声虚拟参考反馈的稳压器压力控制

摘    要:基于稳压器压力系统具有时变性、非线性及稳压器实际运行过程中数据往往含有噪声干扰的特点,提出了一种针对稳压器控制闭环含噪声的虚拟参考反馈整定(NVRFT)方法。首先,在不需要求出被控对象数学模型的情况下,根据控制性能的要求,运用递推最小二乘法在线辨识控制器参数;然后,利用辅助变量法,进一步改善其性能指标以消除噪声干扰的影响;最后,对某核电厂稳压器压力控制系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:基于NVRFT方法的压力控制系统比传统PID控制器具有更好的控制效果和抗干扰能力。

Abstract:In view of the time-varying, nonlinear characteristics of the pressure system of the regulator and the fact that the data in the actual operation of the regulator often contains noise interference, this paper proposes a closed-loop noise-containing virtual reference feedback tuning method for the regulator control.First, according to the control performance requirements, the controller parameters are identified online by using recursive least squares method without finding the mathematical model of the controlled object.Secondly, the instrumental variable method is used to further improve its performance index to eliminate the influence of noise interference.Finally, simulation of the pressure control system of regulator is conducted in a nuclear power plant.The results show that the closed-loop noise-containing virtual reference feedback tuning method has better control effect and anti-interference ability than the traditional PID controller control.
