铜铝氧化物的制备及其脱硫性能研究 |

摘 要: | 氧化铜是中高温脱硫剂的常用组分.本文采用共沉淀法制备一系列不同比例的铜铝氧化物脱硫剂,考察铜铝比、焙烧温度、盐碱比和反应温度对于脱硫性能的影响.结果显示焙烧温度为400℃、铜铝摩尔比为0.625:1、盐碱比为1.25:1、反应温度为70℃时,脱硫效果最佳.

Abstract: | Copper oxides are common components in desulfurizer at medium temperatures.In this work,the copper aluminum oxide defulfurizers with different molar ratios were prepared by co-precipitation method.The effects of Cu/Al ratio,calcination temperature,salt/alkali ratio and reaction temperature were investigated for desulphurization performance.The results show that the desulfurizer exhibits the best performance when the calcination temperature,Cu/Al ratio,salt/alkali and reaction temperature are 400℃,0.625:1,1.25:1 and 70℃,respectively. |
