L-精氨酸/羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌棉织物的制备及其抗菌性能研究

摘    要:采用一步法,以羧甲基壳聚糖作为粘合剂,将食品级的无毒天然化合物L-精氨酸连接到棉织物的表面,制得新型的L-精氨酸/羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌棉织物.采用坂口反应显色实验、电导滴定、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶红外电子光谱和抗菌等测试表征.结果表明,L-精氨酸成功接枝在棉织物的表面,羧甲基壳聚糖和L-精氨酸的最佳投入量分别为0.2 wt...

Preparation and Antibacterial Properties of L-Arginine/Carboxymethyl Chitosan Antibacterial Cotton Fabric

Abstract:A new type of L-arginine/carboxymethyl chitosan antibacterial cotton fabric was prepared by using the binder carboxymethyl chitosan which linked L-arginine to the surface of cotton fiber via a one-pot method.Color experiment of sakaguchi reaction,conductometric titration,SEM,FTIR and antibacterial were used to test,and the reaction mechanism was explored through simulation experiments.The results indicate that L-arginine was successfully grafted on the surface of cotton fiber.The optimal input of carboxymethyl chitosan and L-arginine was optimized to be 0.2 wt%and 0.2 wt%,respectively.The L-arginine/carboxymethyl chitosan cotton fabric has good antibacterial properties,and the inhibition rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were up to 87%and 80%,respectively.
