上海市生态用地规划机制研究 以大治河生态廊道为例

生态用地控制规划,改变了传统的建设用地规划,用生态规划的方式来限制土地利用、加强生态保护。对上海市基本生态用地的规划进行了论述,明确了上海市各类生态用地的总量和布局结构,结合规划管理分类分级划定生态网络空间控制线,并以大治河生态走廊为例说明。为维护上海市生态安全,建设城乡一体化的基本生态网络提供了理论依据。

The Mechanism of Shanghai Ecological Land Planning A Case Study of Dazhi River Eco-corridor

Ecological land use planning is no longer a traditional planning for land-for-construction. It uses eco-ptanning approaches to limit land use and strengthen eco-conservation. With a review of the basic ecological land use planning in Shanghai, this paper identifies the aggregate and layout patterns of the variety of ecological land use in Shanghai. It also defines the eco-network control line given the classification of planning and management and elaborates the planning and design of Dazhi River Eco-corridor. In addition, it provides some theory foundations for the eco-safety, of Shanghai and the basic eco-network that will promotes the integration of urban and rural areas.
