| 摘 要： | 苷类化合物是天然植物中重要的活性成分.目前,提取方法的研究多集中于酶解法、超声提取法、超高压提取法、微波辅助提取法和联合提取法,纯化方式多采用高速逆流法、高效液相色谱法、凝胶色谱法和大孔树脂法.本文对天然植物中苷类化合物的提取分离纯化进行了总结,为天然植物中苷类化合物的深入研究提供必要的理论基础和依据.
