大型饼类锻件镦挤工艺应力场的数值模拟

摘    要:对带凸台的大型饼类锻件,传统上先锻成光平锻件,然后通过切削加工制造成品。这种方法不仅容易在锻件心部产生层状裂纹,而且浪费了大量原材料和加工工时。为了克服传统工艺的不足,提出了漏盘镦挤工艺,对该工艺和传统工艺进行了对比数值模拟,分析了应力场的分布规律,为大型饼类锻件的生产提供了有益的指导。

Abstract:Traditionally the machining for the heavy disk forging with flange was that to make the raw material into the flat forgings,and then produce the final products by the process of cutting.This method frequently caused the layer-shaped cracks in the center of the forgings,and also wasted a large number of the raw materials and working hours.In order to overcome the weakness of the traditional process,a new upsetting-extruding process has been presented,further the comparison of the numerical simulation has been carried out on both of the two processes,and the distribution rule of the stress field has been analyzed as well,which have provided valuable guide for the heavy disk forgings production.
