温度对AZ80镁合金等通道转角挤压组织性能的影响

摘    要:对镁合金AZ80分别在温度320℃和200℃下进行多道次等通道转角挤压。在较高温度320℃挤压时,晶粒尺寸先减少后增加,硬度先增加后降低。在较低温度200℃下挤压,初始道次挤压后,材料内位错密度和孪晶含量增加,相对应的硬度增加幅度显著;挤压4道次后,大部分区域晶粒细化到200nm左右。受晶粒细化强化与织构软化的共同作用,硬度较前两道次增加幅度不明显。

Abstract:AZ80 Mg alloy was processed at 320℃ and 200℃ by equal channel angular pressing.At 320℃,the grain size was decreased at previous two passes and then increased in the subsequent passes.At 200℃,both the density of dislocation and twinning were increased at previous two passes with the hardness dramatically increased.After 4 passes with route Bc,the grain size was refined to 200nm in most of areas,but the hardness slightly increased due to the interaction of grain refinement strengthening and texture softening.
