铸坯空冷温度场精确模拟

摘    要:对铸坯试块建立考虑两种温度边界条件,即计算对流传热系数同时输入辐射和对流载荷,以及将对流传热考虑为辐射载荷的比例输入空冷的温度场模型。利用ANSYS有限元软件进行计算,将计算数据与实测数据对比分析,并对模型进行验证校正。计算结果表明,同时考虑辐射和对流的边界模型,其计算值与实测值较吻合,有更高的计算精度。将对流传热以一定比例考虑为辐射换热,在700℃以上的高温区,对计算结果影响不大;而在温度为700℃以下时,则出现较大误差。
