铝合金板材温热介质成形本构建模方法综述

摘    要:铝合金板材温热介质成形温度跨度大,材料集硬化、软化特征于一体。应力应变曲线表现为3种变化趋势,即单调增、先增再稳态、先增后减。文章结合上述特点,总结了适用于温热介质成形的典型本构模型,并讨论了铝合金温热介质成形的本构建模的几种可行方法,即分段模型、线性组合模型、高阶多项式模型、神经网络模型及内变量模型。

Abstract:Warm and hot hydroforming cover a wide span of temperature from room temperature to recrystallization temperature,which represents the integrated characteristic of hardening and softening.Based on the feature,the typical constitutive equations were reviewed,and the methods suitable for modeling stress-strain curves in warm and hot hydroforming were summarized,including subsection model,linear combination model,high-order polynomial expression,neural network and internal variable model.
