摘    要:依据A356咖啡机顶盖高压铸造特点,采用FEM仿真软件对铸件成型工艺进行数值模拟,以L16(45)正交试验和6个补充试验作为BP神经网络的训练样本,建立模具热应力与浇注温度、模具预热温度、压射比压、压铸速度4个压铸工艺参数的非线性映射关系;以模具热应力σmax的最小值为优化目标,运用遗传算法进行工艺参数优化。最终得出浇注温度、模具预热温度、压射比压、压铸速度等4个参数最佳的一组组合,使试验指标σmax最小,模具的热疲劳趋势最低,零件的成型质量最佳。试验结果证明,该减少模具热疲劳趋势的优化方案具有可行性,同时对相近结构压铸件的生产也具有一定的指导意义。
