| 摘 要： | 结合靶场导弹维修性试验鉴定的实际,当自然故障数不满足维修作业样本量要求时,就要采用模拟或假设故障弥补样本量的不足。采用模拟故障或假设故障进行维修作业,就需要将试验样本合理分配到导弹的各可更换单元上,以充分验证整弹的维修性。针对《维修性试验与评定》中的维修作业样本按比例分层抽样分配法提出了改进意见,避免了重复性维修作业,提高了维修作业样本分配的可操作性。

| Abstract: | When the requirement of maintenance sample size can not be contented by the amount of natural faults,simulated or supposed faults are needed to offset the shortage of maintenance sample size.The simulated or supposed faults samples should be distributed to each replaced cell in order to verify the maintainability of a whole missile.Aimed at the proportion assignment method for the failure rate of maintenance sample in ＂Maintainability Test and Evaluation＂,the improvement opinion is proposed.The repeated maintenance is avoided,and the maneuverability of the assignment for maintenance sample is increased. |
