大孔树脂对沙枣黄酮吸附及解吸性能的研究

摘    要:本文通过静态吸附及解吸实验、动态吸附及解吸实验,初步研究了AB-8、S-8、NKA、NKA-2、D201、XDA-1、X-5等七种大孔树脂对沙枣黄酮的吸附及解吸性能.实验结果表明,XDA-1型大孔树脂对沙枣黄酮的动态吸附率为87.84%,动态解吸率为91.02%,是一种较好的分离沙枣黄酮的树脂材料.

Abstract:Through static/dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments,the sorption and desorption properties of seven kinds of macroporous resins,including AB-8,S-8,NKA,NKA-2,D201,XDA-1 and X-5,for Elaeagnus angustifolia flavonoids were studied. The results showed that XDA-1 resin was preferable for separating Elaeagnus angustifolia flavonoids with the static absorption and dynamic desorption ratio being 87.87% and 91.02%,respectively.
