摘    要:介绍了湖南省局220.kV继电保护故障信息处理系统的结构和信息传输的要求。实现中提出了系统主站和子站间的通信协议采用IEC60870—5—103和FTP组合的协议方案。分析了该通信协议所传送的信息与实际通信网络中不同类型通道的TCP/IP统一结合方式。介绍了子站系统内部采用以太网接入不同类型装置和录波器的情况,提出了协议转换采用尽量下放到接近装置,并分散处理的原则。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction and requirements of a 220 kV relay protection and fault record information system in Hunan province. The communication protocol adopted between the main station and substations is first presented, with IEC 60870-5-103 ASDU as the message specification and IEC 60870-5-104 as the transmission protocol. FTP is also used for the transmission of fault records or transient data formatted in COMTRADE. And then, both the message transmitted under such combined protocols and the unified utilization of TCP/IP with different types of communication channel are analyzed. Finally, the distribution process principle of locating the protocol interpreter close to corresponding devices as possible is strongly recommended.
