火电厂烟气脱硝技术介绍

摘    要:概述了现有炉内低氮燃烧技术和烟气脱硝工艺,着重介绍烟气脱硝的主导工艺——选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR),包括系统布置、催化剂、制氨系统、旁路、灰斗设置等,并指出已投产电站加装SCR应注意的问题。

Abstract:The existing low NO_x burning technology used in boilers and flue gas denitrification technology have been generally summarized, and the Selected Catalytic NO_x Reduction (SCR) process being emphasized, including layout of the system, catalytic agents, ammoniapreparing system, bypass, allocation of ash hopper ect., as well as problems needing to pay attention for adding SCR in existing thermal power plants having been already put into operation.
