| 摘 要： | 如何对产品质量进行最优化管理是企业管理中需要解决的一个重要课题,本文对此进行了研究,提出了质量管理的动态效应模型,并指出:提高产品质量会降低产品的单位成本。而传统观念认为,随着质量管理活动的加强,产品成本也随之增加。因而本文的结论可以使企业对进行产品质量管理的意义有一个更深刻的认识。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the approach to the optimum management to the product quality. By presenting the dynamic model of the quality management, the paper suggests that improving quality may reduce unit cost This conclusion challenges the traditional assumption that unit costs increase with the strengthened quality control activities and thus can help people to know more deeply the significance of qua- lity management. |
