摘    要:非机械阀已经广泛应用于循环流化床锅炉完成固体颗粒从低压区向高压区的传输且具有压力密封作用。本文详细介绍了一种新型流化床返料器,通过试验结果分析表明,该流化床返烊器具有良好的物料循环量的控制与调节性能。

Abstract:Although non mechanical valves have been extensively used in circulating fluidized bed boilers to transfer circulating ash against a pressure barrier and to provide pressure seal so as to avoid gas reflux, their control mechanisms have not yet been well known. In this paper, a new fluid bed recycle device is introduced in detail. The effects of aeration locations on solids circulating flow rate were discussed. The experimental results showed that the recycle device can well control solids flow rate.
