摘    要:阐述了建立配电变压器监控系统的意义,从计量、监测、遥信、脉冲采集、远方控制、无功投切、报警和保护、数据转发、统计分析和数据共享等方面介绍了系统的功能,着重分析了利用通用分组无线业务(GPRS)网络通信技术建立新一代配电变压器监控系统的组网方案,认为无论从组网的灵活性、系统运行的经济性,还是从技术的先进性与安全性考虑,采用专线连接方式的GPRS网络通信建立配电变压器监控系统都较采用Internet连接方式的好。

Abstract:The significance of constructing distribution transformer supervisory control system is expounded, and the functions of the system are described in terms of measurement, monitoring, telesignalling, pulse collection, remote control, reactive power control, alarm and protection, data transfer, statistical analysis and data sharing, etc. The use of network communication technique with general packet radio service (GPRS) in configuring the network of distribution transformer supervisory control system is emphatically analyzed. It is indicated that as for the said purpose, the private~line connected mode has the advantages of flexible network topology, economic system operation, advanced technique and high security, and is superior to Internet~based mode.
