摘    要:分析空冷系统低温结垢形成原因 ,从全系统经济运行的角度 ,对药剂治理、静电治理和降低空冷塔局部浓缩倍数达到治理低温结垢效果进行比较 ,提出低温结垢的处理方法。

Abstract:The forming cause of calcium scale in low temperature of an air separation system is analyzed.The paper makes a comparison among the r esults of controlling scale in low temperature obtained by the solutions i.e.usi ng chemicals;using static electricity;lowering local concentration multiple in t he air cooling tower,from the ecomomic operation of the whole system.At last the paper puts forward the preferred solution to control the scale in low temperatu re.
