摘    要:借助Pro/E造型平台建立叶轮单流道的简化模型和叶轮整体的三维模型,利用Fluent流体分析软件对AY型离心油泵叶轮内流场进行模拟,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLY算法,利用Fluent前处理器GAMBIT网格建模,模拟出叶轮内流场的流动规律,初步分析了离心泵叶轮的速度和压力分布,获得离心泵叶轮流道内的速度场、压力场。结果表明,Fluent数值模拟能真实反映叶轮内部的复杂流动,为AY型离心油泵叶轮的设计及改进提供了基础依据。

Abstract:By Pro/E, a simple model of impeller and 3-D models of the whole impeller is built.The impeller internal flow field of AY centrifugal pump with fluent is numerically simulated.The standard k-turbulence model and SIMPLY algorithm are chosen by GAMBIT, the preprocessor of Fluent, flow field of fluid are simulated by using commercial code Fluent.The speed of centrifugal pump′s impeller and the pressure are analyed , the speed field and pressure field in the entryway of centrif-ugal pump′s impeller are got.The study shows numerical simulation method can really reflect the complicated flow of blade in-terior and can provide theory basis for the design and improvement of blade machine, The methodcan be applied in engineer-ing practice .
