摘    要:焊接结构中焊缝疲劳是最容易引起焊接结构失效的方式之一,有效预测焊缝疲劳寿命可以对工业生产提供安全保障。重点阐述ASME2007准则中的"网格不敏感的等效结构应力法及主曲线法"的应用与试验,该方法可以相对准确地计算出空间任意走向焊缝的疲劳寿命。根据这一原理,利用VB高级开发语言和有限元软件ABAQUS联合开发了能够用于计算焊缝疲劳寿命的软件。

Abstract:Weld fatigue life of welding structure is one of the reason to cause the weld structure failure mode, predicting the weld fatigue life effectively can provide security for the industrial production.The application and test of mesh insensitive structural stress method and master curve in ASME2007 rule are introduced ,which can relative accurately calculate the space arbitrarily weld joint fatigue life, the software which can calculate the weld joint fatigue life is studied and developed by using advanced development language VB and finite element software ABAQUS.
