全自动抛光机电气控制系统设计

摘    要:阐述一种全自动不锈钢杯型件抛光机的电气控制系统设计。采用面向对象的设计思想,利用PLC和监控组态软件对全自动抛光机电气控制系统进行设计与实现,为低成本高效率实现抛光机的电气控制系统提出了新方案,也为抛光机研发人员提供一种新的设计思维。

Abstract:The design of electrical control system for a fully automatic stainless steel cup mold polishing machine is designed . Based on object-oriented idea, the electrical control system for a fully automatic polishing machine is designed and realized by applying PLC and configuration software.Thus, a new solution with lower cost and higher efficiency is proposed for electrical control system for polishing machine.Meanwhile a new design thinking is provided to the the polishing machine developers.
