| 摘 要： | 本文结合当前城市管理信息系统的实际监理经验，概括了现阶段城市管理存在的问题与信息化的应对措施，较为全面、细致地介绍了城市管理信息系统建设的核心内容和监理要素，并进一步分析、总结了城市管理信息系统建设难点的监理要素和采取的监理手段。文章展望了城市管理信息系统的发展趋势，对下一步监理工作要点提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the actual surveillance experience of city management information system, the typical problems in city management were concluded. The information system project surveillance, the beneficial method for city management information system project, was given. By the practical experience in city management controlling, the author introduces the core content of city management information system and its surveillance. It also introduce developmental trend of city management information system, some beneficial advices on future surveillance work were given. |
