| 摘 要： | 随着矿区开采深度的增加,煤与瓦斯突出的威胁越来越大,为了实现淮北矿区防突工作由"四位一体"的局部防突治理向以解放层开采和强化煤层瓦斯预抽的区域性治理转变,淮北矿区近年来开展了以上(下)保护层开采、顶(底)板穿层预抽、煤层长钻孔预抽、煤层压裂预抽等为代表的区域性防治煤与瓦斯突出的工程实践,实践证明区域性瓦斯治理是防治煤与瓦斯突出的根本措施,是突出矿井实行安全高效开采的根本保证.淮北矿区区域性防突的应用实例,对相似煤矿的防治煤与瓦斯突出工作有借鉴意义.
