动力转向器性能试验台测试系统

摘    要:设计了汽车液压助力转向器性能测试试验台。系统应用先进的计算机测控原理与信息技术,采用微机控制液压系统和伺服电机系统来模拟转向器在现场的工作状况,实现了驱动与加载方式的自动化。系统性能稳定、操作简单、测量速度快且测试精度高。

Abstract:A test-board testing system for automobile hydraulic assistant steering gears is designed using the advanced computer test and control principles and information technology. The working conditions of the steering gear are simulated using the computer control hydraulic system and servomotor system. The automation of driving and loading is realized in this system. The system has the advantages of steady performance, simple operation, high measurement speed and high test accuracy.
