摘    要:对目前脱硫烟道设计中存在的问题和耗钢材及空间大的不经济性提出了优化的必要性。对烟道壁厚及其加固肋采用的型钢种类、尺寸、肋间距等进行了优化分析。由优化计算结果曲线得出了结论:烟道壁厚增加可使其刚度和加固肋间距增加,若采用H型钢加固肋,效果更为明显,可节省大量钢材造价和布置空间。另外,对于需防腐的净烟道,若采用有防腐措施的内撑杆,可大幅降低加固肋的高度和钢材消耗。

Abstract:The problems and uneconomic steel consumption as well as large space occupation existing presently in the FGD flue design show the neccssity of design optimization.The optimization analyses of the flue thickness,type and dimension of reinforcement ,and distance between reinforcements etc.are condueted.The concusions are obtained from the curves of optimization calculation results :rigidness and distance between reinforcemeuts increase as increasing flue thickness.If H profile steel is adopted as flue reinforcement,the steel consumption and space occupation of flue will reduce more.In addition ,for clean gas flue with anticorrosion lining ,if supporting steel bars are added inside the duct wall ,the dimension and steel consumption of reinforcement will decrease obviously.
